Software Development for Businesses in the UAE
UAE clients usually come to us with the same brief in two languages: a system that works in English for the team and in Arabic for customers, invoices that satisfy the FTA, and payments through gateways their customers already trust. We have built for Dubai companies before, and we tell you plainly that we do it from Karachi.
Short answer
A2Z Global builds websites, ERP and CRM systems, ecommerce stores and mobile apps for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. The work is delivered remotely from our Karachi office, one hour ahead of UAE time, with bilingual Arabic interfaces, VAT-aware invoicing and local payment gateways built in. Each project gets a fixed written quote.

What software for the UAE has to handle
Tax, invoicing, payments, language and data rules all change from one market to the next. These are the ones we design for here.
| Area | In the UAE |
|---|---|
| Tax | VAT is charged at a standard rate of 5% and administered by the Federal Tax Authority. Invoices, credit notes and VAT returns need to follow FTA requirements. |
| E-invoicing | The UAE is introducing mandatory electronic invoicing in phases, starting with larger businesses. If your ERP issues invoices, confirm your own date with your tax adviser so the invoicing module is designed for it from the start rather than retrofitted. |
| Data and privacy | Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 governs personal data across most of the UAE. DIFC and ADGM, the two financial free zones, run their own data protection regimes — which one applies depends on where your company is licensed. |
| Language | English and Arabic. Customer-facing interfaces can ship bilingual, with a proper right-to-left Arabic layout rather than mirrored text. |
| Payments | Stripe, Network International (N-Genius), Telr, PayTabs, Checkout.com, Tabby and Tamara (buy now, pay later), Apple Pay |
| Couriers | Aramex, Emirates Post, Quiqup |
| Accounting software | Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, Tally |
| Marketplaces | Amazon.ae, Noon |
| Working hours | The UAE (GST, UTC+4) is one hour behind Pakistan, so almost the whole UAE working day overlaps ours. |
| Pricing | Priced per project. You get one fixed written quote after a discovery call. |

/FAQ
Working with A2Z Global from UAE
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No — our office is in Karachi, and we would rather say so than let you discover it. UAE clients work with us on WhatsApp, Zoom and Teams. Pakistan is one hour ahead of the UAE, so our working days overlap almost completely.
Can you build Arabic websites and apps?
Yes. Bilingual English and Arabic interfaces with a correct right-to-left layout — navigation, forms, tables and numbers — not English pages with the text swapped.
Is the invoicing VAT compliant?
Invoicing is built around the UAE's 5% VAT and FTA invoice requirements. The UAE is also phasing in mandatory e-invoicing, so we confirm which phase applies to your business during discovery and design for it.
Which payment gateways do you integrate in the UAE?
Commonly Stripe, Network International, Telr, PayTabs and Checkout.com, plus buy-now-pay-later through Tabby or Tamara and Apple Pay. The right choice depends on your bank and your customers.
How are UAE projects priced?
Per project. After a discovery call you get one fixed written quote covering scope, timeline and what is included — not an hourly estimate that grows.
