Taxes: you are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees related to your use of our Services, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property: all content, features, functionality, software, designs, logos and trademarks on our website and Services are owned by A2Z Global or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your intellectual property: you retain ownership of any intellectual property you provide to us. By engaging our Services, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Work product: ownership of work product created under a service agreement will be specified in that agreement. Unless otherwise stated, custom-developed software and deliverables will be owned by you upon full payment.

8. Service Level and Warranties

Service availability: we strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

Warranties: our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Z Global and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand dollars ($1,000), whichever is greater.

By you: you may terminate your use of our Services at any time by discontinuing use and notifying us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

By us: we may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, engage in fraudulent activities, fail to pay amounts due, or breach any service agreement.

Effect: upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• Arbitration: disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Jurisdiction: these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan

13. General Provisions

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and A2Z Global.

Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force majeure: we are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on our website, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending email notifications for significant changes where applicable.
