Short answer
A2Z Global built a role-based marine procurement ERP and corporate platform for Sea Keepers, whose operations spanned Pakistan, the UAE and China across disconnected flows. It connects the whole journey — inquiry, quotation, purchase order, vendor, warehouse, shipment, finance and reporting — in one system.
/Scope
What we built
- Inquiry and quotation handling, where a marine procurement job begins.
- Purchase orders linked to the vendors and quotations they came from.
- Warehouse and shipment tracking across multiple countries.
- Finance and HR modules reading the same records as operations.
- Role-based access, because vendor pricing is commercially sensitive.
- A corporate website sharing the same identity as the internal system.

What it was built with, and why
Each choice below does a specific job on this project — not a list of logos.
| Technology | What it does here |
|---|---|
| React | Component-based interface, so repeated screens stay consistent and cheap to extend. |
| Node.js | One language across browser and server, so business logic is not duplicated. |
| SQLite | A single-file database with no server to run: fast, and simple to back up. |
| Vite | Near-instant local builds, which shortens the feedback loop during development. |

How we think about this work
- Odoo Standard vs Custom: When to Stay Standard, When to Customise Odoo, and When to Build InsteadWhat standard Odoo actually includes, the four levels of customisation from configuration to custom modules, what each level costs at every upgrade, and a simple way to decide how far to go before a custom build makes more sense.
- Bespoke CRM Software in Saudi Arabia: What Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam Businesses Should SpecifyWhen a Saudi business needs bespoke CRM software rather than a packaged one, what to specify for Arabic, WhatsApp and SMS, PDPL data hosting and ZATCA invoicing links, how Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam differ, and how to brief a developer inside or outside the Kingdom.
- How to Write a Software Requirements Document Before You Hire a DeveloperWhat to put in a software requirements document so developers can quote accurately: goals, users, current process, data, integrations, reports and limits, with a section-by-section template.
